For the February and September 2024 seasons of New York Fashion Week with JUZUI, I coordinated the recruitment of a skilled team of 40 individuals, including interns, dressers, and photographers, ensuring the smooth operation of backstage activities during the prestigious runway show. I managed all aspects of model and dresser operations, maintaining efficiency and professionalism throughout. Additionally, I meticulously edited and enhanced public relations images of notable personalities, including Maye Musk and other VIPs, to uphold a high standard of presentation. I also facilitated the organization of show day credentials in collaboration with the PR team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. During these events, I was directly working and reporting to the designer and CEO of JUZUI's parent company, Anzheng Fashion Group, and was responsible to both the CEO and the designer.

I orchestrated logistics for SISIO's FW2024 New York Fashion Week show, meticulously coordinating models, hairstylists, makeup artists, photographers, guests, and interns to ensure seamless execution. Additionally, I took charge of designing and developing essential promotional materials including SISIO's press kit, brand book, and lookbooks using InDesign, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand representation.
